It keeps building up, but... I has no idea what it's for ^-^

Exalt and smite are to reward users for good/bad behaviour. TweakFox will know more about it though.

Karma is a reward or a discipline, Money will be for something eventually and the Exp is just a fun thing that increases the more you post to show your forum experience!
