On the official Pokémon website it has just been announced at the World Championship 2010 in Hawaii the official rebrand of the League will now be Play! Pokémon. I'm hoping from what they have said in the article "the Play! Pokémon program will provide those same opportunities to have fun with Pokémon around the world!" that other countries like Canada, Europe, and Australia will also get to see tournaments and events. Here's hoping that over 10 years of waiting for League events to come to other countries will not be disappointed.
